Documentary about Juston Stens Premieres at the Nashville Film Festival

It’s finally here! The new documentary I Lay Where I Fall about Juston Stens will have its worldwide premiere on April 18th at the Nashville Film Festival in the festival’s Music Films/Music City line-up. The documentary, directed by Drew Stubbs, follows the former Dr. Dog drummer as he travels America on a 1972 Triumph motorcycle and collaborates with various musician friends, including members of Wilco, Spoon, Dr. Dog, Drug Rug, Those Darlins, Giant Cloud and Apollo SunshineThe collaborations will appear on Stens’ upcoming record, Share The Road, due out in June.

The Nashville Film Festival is the only major film festival in the U.S. to recognize music documentaries with a unique award. Watch the official I Lay Where I Fall trailer above.
