Fake Chapter Records is a New Jersey-based independent record label started by Michael Gilligan in 1996. Bands on the roster include Arms and Sleepers, the Mean Season, MaryLeigh Roohan, Dryer, and Miles Hunt and Erica Nockalls. In addition to Fake Chapter, Gilligan currently works at SONY Music.
Big things for the label in 2021. Expect NEW music from Arms and Sleepers, Thirsty Curses, Meeting of Important People, and The Art Of The Soul. Plus a compilation that will include artists such as MaryLeigh Roohan, The Nuclears, Miles Hunt (Wonder Stuff), Kyle Campbell, and so many more.
