Blockhouses Heading Back To The Studio. New Record Out In Spring 2016.

Attention fans of blistering NYC rock and roll.

Blockhouses has some really exciting news to share with all of you.  The band will be setting up camp at Kawari Sound in Philly in early February to record a brand new album.  Pete Donnelly of The Figgs (NRBQ, Shelby Lynne, Soul Asylum) will be pushing knobs and buttons as producer.

The tentative release date for the new Blockhouses album will be Spring of 2016. No title as of yet.

Pete Donnelly to Tour with Shelby Lynne, Co-Writes Title Track from Her New Album

We are very excited to announce that JetPack’s Pete Donnelly will be joining Grammy winning artist Shelby Lynne on her upcoming tour, which starts in May. Pete co-wrote a pair of songs on Shelby’s upcoming album, I Can’t Imagine, including the title track, “I Can’t Imagine,” and “Better.” The album is due out on Rounder Records on May 5.
